I come here every morning to the D3 branch, and it is literally the best part of my day. Before I go to work, I stop byโnot just because of their amazing coffee (which, by the way, is incredible). I love their Frame Iced and Hot, their Hibiscus Iced Tea, and have been enjoying the Curry Pan pastry.
One of the reasons I love coming here is the team. I love seeing Estela Maria๐ค๐ค Benz ๐ค, and everyone else in the teamโLawrence, Mark, Irene, and more.
I definitely recommend everyone to come here

Had a very refreshing iced hibiscus tea. Which according to the very accommodating staff - Stella, was brewed by themselves for a whole day. Definitely one of the best if not the best in Dubai I have ever tasted. Delish even without honey or sugar syrup in it. Ambiance is very cozy. Will surely be back.

We were back again at the Frame coffee shop. Still, it doesnโt disappoint. From the friendly staffs, special mention to Mark who was very helpful & accommodating, to the vibe and the sumptuous korean egg omelette sandwich. The iced frame latte deserves a separate mention. Itโs sooo good.

Was my first trip in Dubai and I knew this shop online for fusing skateboard culture with coffee and Japanese Ramin before I came here frm Riyadh. I have to say it did impress me with all it could offer and what I had from it, its sandwiches, espresso, skateboard decks, trucks and jazz pop fusion style BGM, and Ramin. Servers there are also friendly and professional.
Just simply cannot find a place more catching to an working man, skater and noodle lover....
Hope there can be some similar skateparks and shops in Riyadh one day so I can enjoy๐คฃ

Today I have been visited Selectshop FRAME in the Design District . I have been impressed about the concept of the shop. They have very cozy place not only to shop for different styles from casual to street wear styles for both men and women. But as well to spend a nice time to take a cool drinks or to have a lunch break while shopping ๐๏ธ.
Customer service is amazing, Prince been very helpful to show and explain about the products . Benz and the manager of the coffee shop helped us to choose delicious cool drinks, describing all the details in each cocktails. You will love the place as it is special in every aspect.

Run with zero customer service in mind, bad & misleading instagram marketing, and the staff are unprofessional they get to shout & passively push. If youโre after shoes check Flight Club or GOAT. Other options for Skateboarding Stuff โRageโ, โEvolveโ, โAdventure HQโ or โSaturdayโ in Abu Dhabi.

I really like the store and their clothes, but the staff isn't very nice. They act like they're too cool to help or talk to customers. You have to go up to them first, and when you do, they don't seem interested. It would be so much better if they were friendlier and more willing to chat with people who love the brand.

Good day,
I just want to share my recent experience in frame. I ordered 3 items (Tees to be specific) A retail guy called me and informed that there will be a delayed of my delivery.I said okay, I will wait.how long the delay will be ?i asked? He said he can do refund if I wan,(He insisted 7x). I said,I do not want a refund. I want the Item. I canโt find the tee that you ordered ,he then added.I said I will choose other item. We both agreed. I check on the website,And found the same tee that I ordered in L size. I tryna call frame for 5x. No one pick up. He finally pick up after 5 attempts of calling. Then again. The retail guy said. The item is not available in L size(While me literally on the site and it is clearly available,I believe he canโt find the item again here. His excuse was.he just sold it when i told him i want it.
the Retail guy is RUDE & He did not even acknowledge that there is a fault on his side. This is EXTREMELY disappointing and so DISRESPECTFUL.He even suggested for me to come to the shop while my Location is in Abu dhabi. If i can rate Selectshopframe 0 on google. I will. Luckily there is no 0 as an option.

Pretty average store, decent (though extremely limited) collection of sneakers and clothes and a nice coffee shop. Ended up getting my insta account blocked by the store due to my 1 & only comment (mentioned below) ever on their profile about the complexity behind every limited edition sneaker release. Apparently several other customers have gotten the same treatment. Needless to say, given their chosen action against potential and in my case existing customer, never shopping here again. Fortunately, many other sneaker stores spread across the city.
